## Job Description

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager IT Operations to join our team. In this position, together with the IT Operations team, you will ensure the effective and well-coordinated delivery of IT services that support our organization every day. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll combine strong delivery leadership with Agile expertise to align business priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, and continuously improve the way we work. You’ll play a key role in removing obstacles, managing risks and dependencies, and helping the team grow its Agile maturity while ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

- Effective delivery of the product by planning, coordinating, and delivering successive iterations in line with business priorities.
- Negotiating priorities, scope, feasibility, and timelines with Product Owners and the team.
- Coordinating collaboration between teams and ensuring smooth communication flow among stakeholders.
- Providing feedback on the team’s quality of work, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Identifying, raising, and managing project, organizational, technical, and budget risks.
- Removing obstacles to task delivery and supporting the team in self-organizing its work.
- Setting the pace and direction of the transformation related to introducing and developing agile methodologies and product-team-based ways of working.
- Negotiating internally and externally cooperation terms, scope of services, budgets, and contractual documentation.
- Being responsible for effective management of cooperation with external vendors and for ensuring follow-through on agreed actions, SLAs, and related commitments.
- Responding to escalation situations, identifying cooperation issues, and taking actions to resolve them.

## Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project delivery, agile team leadership or IT operations, including at least 3 years in a role involving team coordination, stakeholder management, and cooperation with external vendors.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and team coordination, with responsibility for delivery in cross-functional, cross-skilled product teams.
- Solid experience in project &amp; work delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methods, including practical experience in transforming and developing teams.
- Experience in working with Jira.
- Proven experience in negotiation and cooperation with external companies.
- Strong communication skills, experience of working in a technical environment.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken

**Working mode**

In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position: 19 200 - 26 400 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
