CCP London is currently growing our team!
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior AI Programmer to come join us working on an unannounced MMO. We are looking for an individual with strong programming and logic skills, to join a highly motivated team of programmers working with design and QA to build a varied and unique set of AI for the game.We are a small team in the early stages of development, so this is a unique opportunity to have a large impact.
Your tasks:
- Architecting the AI solution with the Technical Director.
- Creating and managing the AI code base to provide a solid platform to build the from.
- Working with the design and gameplay teams to bring compelling AI features to the game.
- Supporting other programmers in developing with the AI as needed.
- Managing the Agile backlog and velocity of delivery with production.
- Flexibility to contribute to other parts of the game development as needed.
- Providing tools and working with QA to effectively handle testing of the AI.
- Writing automated tests to support longevity and support when the game goes live.
Your profile:
- A passion for making video games, having worked on 1 or more titles (PC or console).
- Significant professional experience with C++ and other languages.
- Versatility and a willingness to contribute to a wide range of engineering tasks.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI code.
- Good understanding of Unreal Engine or other game engines.
