CCP London is currently growing our team! We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Director of Product Management to come join us working on an unannounced multiplayer online shooter. We are looking for an individual with strong product management skills to join a highly motivated team of programmers, artists, designers, and QA working to build a varied and unique user experience for the game.

We are a small team in the early stages of development, so this is a unique opportunity to have a large impact. Reporting to the Game Director/Executive Producer, you will be responsible for all aspects of product management. This is a highly visible position inside of the company, and you will be a key member of the leadership team for the project.

As Director of Product Management, you will use your technical, business, and design skills to lead a team of data analysts and data scientists to attain the business goals for the product. You will be an expert in all areas of product management including monetization and retention mechanics, economy balancing, and game events that support retention and engagement.

Your tasks:

  • Manage our growing data analytics team
  • Working with the Game Director and Brand Director, define the game’s core business model
  • Working with the Creative Director, define the game’s monetization mechanics
  • Working with the Brand Director, identify appropriate channels for user acquisition
  • Working with the production team and the Development Director, submit new assets, features, and events for implementation by the dev team
  • Deliver reports and analysis to executive management and the game’s senior staff

Your profile:

  • Experience working as a product manager in a live operations environment
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to support hypotheses through data
  • Solid experience in product management for games, PC and console preferred
  • Strong design mentality especially as it relates to monetization and retention
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, specifically with SCRUM teams

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant University education
  • Prior experience with multiplayer shooters
  • Prior experience working as a Product Manager on a AAA PC or console game
