We are seeking a well-regarded, dynamic, and gifted leader for Caffeine Studios. You will be responsible for executing the delivery of a series of premium live broadcasts with communities and related personalities selected by Caffeine. You will implement Caffeine's content strategy by producing Caffeine's live community series and events.

Top candidates will have proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing live productions, and forging close partnerships with external partners. You will report to Caffeine's CEO, join Caffeine's leadership team, and become a board member of Caffeine Studios. Come be a key member at Caffeine as we define the future of social broadcasting.

What you'll do:

Overall responsibility for the execution of Caffeine's premium content series, which includes producing high quality live shows and events with communities and personalities selected by Caffeine.
Develop goals, targets, and budgets with Caffeine Inc to present together to the Studio board.
Work with content community partners, Fox, and Caffeine to deliver premium streams that increase engagement and deliver new users to Caffeine's platform.
Deliver Caffeine's programming and planning roadmap for live series and events.
Oversee remote broadcast & live studio operations.
Work cross-departmentally with engineering, product, and partnership teams to drive improvements in production quality, processes, and systems.
Build efficiencies and cost reductions through new processes and system improvements.
Work with Caffeine finance team to manage production budgets for the Studio.
Lead all aspects of management activities that include hiring, onboarding, and career development.
This role will report to the CEO and will have a seat on the Caffeine Studios Board of Directors.

Who you are & What you've done:

10+ years in live video and broadcast production.
8+ years in live video production management.
Success and passion for delivering high quality live production series and events.
Process driven and detail oriented.
High level understanding of resource capacity management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to be inspirational & meticulous.
