The Operations Coordinator will join our People & Operations team to provide support in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to: scheduling, systems management and onboarding - just to name a few.

We are looking for a detail oriented, driven individual to be the glue in our fast-paced, ever evolving environment. You are responsible for general administrative tasks as well as project management tasks. The ideal person is customer centric and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a startup organization and have an impact on our continued growth and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage calendar events of the CEO, CTO, and VP of Operations while demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Embrace a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Assist with the onboarding experience for new hires including communications, document management, and new hire activities for their first week.
  • Support company-wide meetings like All-Hands, Happy Hours, and Brown Bag events.
  • Organize and support company and leadership team calendar/operations, including leadership offsites and company meal planning.
  • Office services - interact with key vendors to ensure the office is set up for business needs.
  • Miscellaneous duties to support company operations like managing storage space with IT, and other operational duties.
  • Expense Report Reconciliation.

Who you are & What you’ve done:

  • Experience taking a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong project management and organization skills with high attention to detail and phenomenal communications skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to act with discretion and exercise good judgment.
  • Adaptable - Able to be flexible and pivot based on a range of tasks.
  • Self-starter attitude, resourceful and capable of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Strategic - able to anticipate needs and/or conflicts and resolve quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a passion to learn. You understand that everything you do impacts our employees and candidates. No task is too small.
