The Creator Growth team will develop and execute Caffeine Studio’s creator acquisition strategy with a focus on enlisting the most influential gaming, sports, and entertainment streamers to broadcast live content using the professional services and resources of Caffeine Studios. The Creator Partner Manager will report directly to our Head of Creator Growth and will be based in Los Angeles. You will focus on building our gaming, esports, and sports content partnerships, focusing on outreach, negotiations, and executing partnerships with world renowned gaming companies, esports teams, and sports leagues.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with content partners from outreach, negotiation, and execution of content partnerships, creating hundreds of monthly broadcast hours.
- Negotiate and secure content rights with the industry’s leading gaming, esports, and sports leagues.
- Manage a business development quota for signing up new content partnerships, measuring success by new user growth and engagement on Caffeine.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Success teams to match influencers with content to grow our live-hosting capabilities and streams.
- Develop Caffeine’s gaming and esports strategy, working closely with our R&D team to spot content trends in the industry.
- Represent Caffeine at gaming and esports conferences, sharing Caffeine’s unique value proposition and user experience.
- Serve as the internal advocate within Caffeine for partners and build cross-functional relationship with Product and Engineering teams.
Who you are & What you've done:
- BA/BS degree with 7+ years or relevant work experience in the gaming and/or esports industry building content partnerships.
- Self-driven individual comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in generating new business opportunities that can accelerate new user growth for content and streaming platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of senior executives from the gaming, esports, and sports community.
- Existing rolodex of contacts within the gaming, esports, and sports communities that will enable you to hit the ground running.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently as well as work collaboratively within a larger group setting
- Strong history of resourcefulness in completing given tasks.
