We’re looking for a Creative Content Lead to join our growing team. You will create content, publish, and optimize our social channels. Ideal candidates bring a strong knowledge of building engaging content campaigns and franchises to develop audiences through social that aligns with company objectives. Ideal candidates thrive in a start-up environment and enjoy just making things happen on a small team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Content creation across all social platforms, including concepting, editing, copywriting, and publishing that support organic and paid programs.
  • Curator of all things culture, actively bring the Content Marketing team's ideas to life.
  • Publishing/Audience Development: Lead social publishing across all brand social channels – manage community engagement to foster positive word of mouth/channel growth.
  • Partner with Content Marketing to develop a holistic strategy that drives social growth and delivers value to our community.
  • Campaign & Editorial Planning: Own and manage a social calendar inclusive of campaign/program plans and editorial moments.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Consistently communicate insights on channel performance, sentiment, audience behaviors, and social trends to inform audience development strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with Growth, Community, and Content teams to develop and execute programs.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience creating content for a streaming platform, digital publisher, or lifestyle brand with category experience in hip-hop, dance, pop culture, or live entertainment.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape; both short and long-term trends.
  • Intimate knowledge managing and launching new social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.), utilizing social platform tools (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels) to create engaging content.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing industry standard editing tools: Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Track record of success building and managing successful campaigns and programs with measurable results.
  • Experience working cross functionally with internal teams and managing 3rd party vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
