Job description
- Work with multiple teams (marketing, production, data, etc.) to plan and execute community-focused events and campaigns to acquire, engage, and excite game fans to contribute towards the growth of the community;
- Develop community content tactics and retain communication channels;
- Coordinate events involving pro-player workshops, chats with Development Team, and tournament support;
- Identify and maintain relationships with key community influencers;
- Create player-facing resources and content such as guides, videos, FAQs to help enhance and deepen the player experience.
Job Requirements
- Portuguese native speaker. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
- Love games, like to play games, have a certain understanding of various types of games;
- A minimum of 1 year experience in community management in game/entertainment industry;
- Good sense of community ecosystem, and developing community programs;
- Demonstrable experience working in online communities (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook/Discord/etc);
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities among projects while managing time judiciously and independently;
- Ability to objectively interpret customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations to broader teams.
