Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners in the broad gaming industry based on product goals and market needs and build related relationship
  • Develop strategy around pathways to partnership aligned to business needs for LATAM and global markets
  • Initiate, negotiate and execute partnership deals
  • Oversee and lead partnership implementation and evaluation in collaboration with Technical, Operational, Marketing and Growth, and other cross-functional teams
  • Provide market and partner intelligence to help strategic decision making

Qualifications

  • Recently working in the gaming space, 5-10 years' working experience, past experiences should include leading gaming or Esports or related entertainment company, consulting or investment banking experience is a plus
  • Experience with partnership deal (not advertisement sales) negotiation and execution in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong contacts in at least one of the 2 industries: gaming and media
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
  • Understanding of the PC & Console gaming ecosystem required; some mobile preferred.
