Ideal candidates demonstrate an understanding of creative thinking, digital advertising, and information analysis. This role works alongside Marketing, Creative Production, Product Management, Paid Media, Analytics, and Creative Agencies to build and optimize digital advertising creative assets based on brand and performance campaign success metrics.

With the uncertainty and rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, most positions at Bungie are expected to onboard and work from home for a significant portion of 2021. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in WA & CA). Currently only a select range of positions are available for full-time remote work in WA & CA (please review location for details). Prospective employees located outside of CA & WA will need to establish WA state residency within 45 days of a start date. Bungie’s work from home, flexible work schedule, and remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops paid media creative strategy plans for Bungie game franchises.
  • Provides ongoing feedback on paid media creative, ensuring assets align with brand vision and acquisition best practices.
  • Supports brainstorming among key creative stakeholders, translating output into paid media creative deliverables.
  • Maintains a high level, up-to-date understanding of competitive trends and industry marketing methodology.
  • Runs reports and analyzes paid media creative performance data.
  • Develops creative A/B testing plans across various ad platforms.
  • Write creative briefs for internal art teams and external agencies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience with digital advertising – either in creative production/strategy or media buying.
  • Experience developing high impact, brand awareness creative in addition to ‘outside-the-box', acquisition-oriented assets.
  • Interest in applying consumer insights and acquisition funnel metrics to creative strategy and execution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising KPIs (CTR, CPI, ROI).
  • Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google).
  • Excellent oral and written and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Enthusiasm about video games!
