If you have an amazing attention to detail and can juggle chainsaws, chew gum, and write a sonnet at the same time, then you might be a great Production Coordinator candidate! In this role, you will assist Localization in all aspects of outsource production, including asset tracking, schedule review, and coordinating tasks across multiple teams and disciplines. You will need to be able to work effectively with both creative and technical people inside and outside the studio; strong communication, people, and organizational skills are essential. You must be willing to take on a multitude of different tasks simultaneously while looking far into the future to spot potential trouble on the horizon. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track status and progress for outsourced assets across multiple workflows
  • Provide overall coordination support and be a liaison for the Bungie Localization team across dev and publishing teams
  • Assemble, distribute, and document day-to-day tasks related to outsourcing and localization project management for multiple teams
  • Coordinate internal task scheduling across multiple stakeholder groups to help ensure a reliably functioning pipeline
  • Support identified weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks
  • Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems
  • Support external development producers in their budgeting tasks
  • Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to production and leadership

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of project management, including schedule planning, deadline-driven workflows, and budget tracking
  • Experience with productivity suites such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and/or JIRA
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing, across multiple teams, technical skill levels, cultures, and linguistic backgrounds
  • Collaborative, inclusive work style
  • Must be able to handle a variety of multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production
  • Experience working with production schedules

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Second language fluency or international experience
  • Game experience desired but not essential
  • Experience working with Localization tools and systems
