We are seeking a team-oriented and highly technical UI designer who is incredibly excited to help build a sandbox game unlike anything we have ever created at Bungie.
As an Incubation Senior Technical UI Designer you are a seasoned game developer with experience implementing UI across a wide variety of game systems. One day you will be working on the player HUD, the next day working on inventory and player management, and the day after that working on front end flow.
You will touch all relevant UI systems and workflows to implement prototype features. For example, if you're working on the player inventory system you'll collaborate with designers on the intended experience and wireframes, artists to get their art and icons into the game, and engineers to make sure the UI functions as intended, is performant, and can be inspected with debugging tools. There is nothing you're unwilling to learn.
Working as part of a small, tight-knit incubation team you will be able to speak the language of all the other disciplines in order to foster trust and a true spirit of collaboration. You are eager to serve and make your teammates' lives easier. You are candid and expect candor from your team.
Join us and get in at the beginning of our quest to build something incredible that lasts for generations.
