Bungie is seeking a Human Resources Intern to work with our People Team to create first-in-class people experiences. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with a number of People Team members to understand a variety of People Programs in preparation for evaluating and refining our internal resources and process documentation. In addition, the Human Resources Intern will then help refine and curate our internal Wiki, which is a major touch point for the studio to understand Bungie’s People Programs. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is highly organized with outstanding communication skills.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a U.S. college, university, or related program and returning to school in the fall upon conclusion of the internship
Available to work full-time for 12 weeks throughout the summer with a set May or June start date
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in updating documentation of existing rhythms of the business
Assist with updating processes and procedures to align with an evolving suite of tools
Work with our Internal Communications team and IT team to evaluate our existing Wiki with a lens toward employee experience
Work with People Team members to consolidate and update the existing resource repository
Provide overall coordination support and documentation for the team's needs
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
