Bungie’s publishing team is responsible for delivering breakout campaigns and content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. On a day-to-day basis, the Associate Producer will coordinate the successful completion of assigned tasks related to marketing our games and serving our studio needs. They will communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding the assembly and creation of project assets, evaluate project deliverables, and provide feedback and support to other producers, marketing managers, and directors within the publishing organization.

For this role, the Associate Producer will facilitate and drive the daily operations for Bungie’s Visual Design team. The Visual Design team is responsible for all major branding elements for Bungie and its properties.

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely. Once the studio is fully reopened, most work is expected to be performed in-person at our main headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and organize the Visual Design team’s daily efforts
  • Track and prioritize all external/internal asset requests
  • Gather and prepare all necessary specs required for asset delivery
  • Advocate and defend clear and realistic production plans for the team
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with external/internal teams and stakeholders on publishing projects
  • Organize and track project budgets
  • Recognize inefficient processes and propose solutions or improvements
  • Provide production support to the Publishing organization and other Bungie teams as requested
  • Service and maintain pipelines to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Maintain the schedule, identify risks and escalate issues to the Marketing Manager when appropriate
  • Drive projects towards completion while maintaining expectations across a shifting marketplace
  • Able to work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
  • Build and maintain any and all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of your area

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Relevant experience in a production or project management position
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to operate under strict deadlines
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure, demanding situations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of the graphic design creation process is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be adaptable and willing to handle daily randomization

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat
  • Experience with Asana and Confluence
