Reporting to the Financial Systems Senior Manager, the Adaptive Manager is a new position supporting the FP&A team with functional and technical systems expertise. The Adaptive Manager will be committed to efficiency and delivering repeatable, systemic solutions with a focus on scalability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain data models with complex relationships

  • Modify existing data models to incorporate new functionality

  • Leverage Adaptive Planning’s capabilities to create reports that support and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual business review sessions

  • Develop self-sufficiency in end users through effective training, troubleshooting and user adoption education

  • Troubleshoot and resolve OfficeConnect and Workday integration issues

  • Ensure foundational data changes in Workday are incorporated into Adaptive in a timely manner

  • Support the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects and system enhancements within the Workday ecosystem

  • Drive integration enhancements to synchronize metadata between Workday and Adaptive

  • Other ad hoc projects as required

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree, as well as 3+ years of relevant Workday Adaptive Planning experience or training

  • Knowledge in analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models) and translating those models into Adaptive Planning

  • Possess a financial or management accounting background

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess needs

  • Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Asana

  • Workday Financials

  • Workday Human Capital Management

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the games industry
