Reporting to the Financial Systems Senior Manager, the Adaptive Manager is a new position supporting the FP&A team with functional and technical systems expertise. The Adaptive Manager will be committed to efficiency and delivering repeatable, systemic solutions with a focus on scalability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain data models with complex relationships
Modify existing data models to incorporate new functionality
Leverage Adaptive Planning’s capabilities to create reports that support and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual business review sessions
Develop self-sufficiency in end users through effective training, troubleshooting and user adoption education
Troubleshoot and resolve OfficeConnect and Workday integration issues
Ensure foundational data changes in Workday are incorporated into Adaptive in a timely manner
Support the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects and system enhancements within the Workday ecosystem
Drive integration enhancements to synchronize metadata between Workday and Adaptive
Other ad hoc projects as required
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree, as well as 3+ years of relevant Workday Adaptive Planning experience or training
Knowledge in analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models) and translating those models into Adaptive Planning
Possess a financial or management accounting background
Strong attention to detail
Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess needs
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Excellent organizational and communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Asana
