The Brand Director is responsible for the ideation, creation, and evolution of the EVERYWHERE game brand. This role will play a key part in the go-to-market strategy and brand value development of EVERYWHERE.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the voice of the game, both visually and in written form.
  • Collaborate closely with the narrative and game design teams to ensure that the brand’s values and vision align with that of the title.
  • Work with the marketing and live operation teams to maintain the strategic direction of the title prior to and after release.
  • Conduct market research to further develop the brand identity and value after launch.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, game, and live operation teams to reinforce brand and player identity with ongoing event and update content.
  • Create and iterate on presentations and events for major development milestones.
  • Be the go to person to traffic brand information between the game departments – you own the brand!

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ recent experience in a Senior Brand Management, Creative Direction, or equivalent position in the games industry.
  • Personable approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in top-level (C-suite equivalent) presentations, both creating and presenting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the worldwide gaming market across platforms and geos.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong creative acumen and an eye for a slick brand.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media, content and influencer marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field a plus.
  • Remote working possible for the right candidate, with ability to travel to Scotland as necessary.
