BBTV Interactive is looking for someone to own our relationships with the customers of our mobile games. We are looking for individuals with games industry experience who are patient, professional, and care about others. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a customer service attitude, excellent written communication skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure and deal with changes in a fast paced, technology driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to negative reviews of our games in a timely, informed and thoughtful manner in order to raise our average review scores
  • Promptly report any emerging trends in game reviews to the Product Marketing Manager
  • Advocate and champion actions required to address live issues in our games
  • Leverage the strengths of the Google and Apple store management tools, email and Zendesk
  • Continuously monitor all of our live games for both positive and negative feedback, sharing it with the team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management environment
  • Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Strong passion for mobile games and online video
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail oriented focus and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with the drive to improve and make things better
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working with Zendesk or other customer service platforms preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
