GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is a full-time field sales position. The primary responsibility is to call on marketing executives and explain the performance benefits of Botisimo's influencer marketing advertising solutions.

The dynamic of content viewership has changed with the fastest growing and largest segment of online viewers watching original content from people they follow online. Botisimo is uniquely positioned to help brands take advantage of this exciting trend that is reshaping the digital media market. Botisimo boasts average click through and engagement rates that are as much as 2X the large traditional digital media platforms. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Self-generate new opportunities calling on marketing executives.
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales territory
  • Appointment setting, online collaborative and in-person presentations
  • Articulate the value proposition of the service to convert prospects
  • Close new business and foster existing customer relationships

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking candidates that have a minimum of 3 years of highly successful field sales experience with strong prospecting, proposal development and closing skills. Ideal candidate will have digital media sales experience and understand the digital advertising and marketing solution landscape.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Ideal candidate MUST have experience selling digital media and marketing solutions to corporate marketing executives and subsidiaries. • 3-5 years of experience with proven quota achievements calling on marketing executives.
  • Ability to develop and conduct sales presentations in order to communicate our value proposition and offering.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and expressed attitude to achieve
  • Experience developing accounts and sales territories
  • Ability to overcome major sales obstacles
  • Proficient at Hubspot CRM, common office/MS applications and personal computing

EDUCATION:

College degree with a technical and/or marketing background is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation package is competitive and is based on a reward for performance structure. There are accelerators and incentives for high achievement. Base + commission.
