BOOYAH! Live is looking for a Programs Manager that is passionate about the gaming and live streaming market and wants to have an active role on it’s development in Brazil.
This role will lead the mission of exploring our market, understanding and defining it’s best practices and creating measuring systems for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage measuring systems for programs’ effectiveness;
- Support business planning around our customer acquisition, retention, and engagement tactics;
- Analyze and report performance to stakeholders and senior leadership;
- Improve our negotiation strategy with our partners
- Build a strong understanding of the value our products deliver for our users and partners;
- Evaluate the market to understand what next-best alternatives exist to our products and how differentiated our products are compared to these alternatives;
- Analyse and search for market feedback to inform new and existing product strategy to unlock the greatest value for Booyah! and our partners;
- Understand the content landscape and media environment, revenue streams, digital business models and overall internet/technology space;
- Act as a reliable source of insight on those media & entertainment products;
- Provide inputs to our engagement strategy;
- Responsible for the data of our programs and products,understanding their impacts to the business.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in an Operations role / Pricing / Programs / Go-to-Market Strategy;
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research on product needs and value perceptions, as well as market research and competitive benchmarking;
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills;
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and Excel;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;
- KPI Oriented and evangelist;
- Passionate about the gaming/entertainment industry.
