We are looking for an organized and self driven professional who will be thrilled to orchestrate and operate a live streaming platform to its full potential. The BOOYAH! Ecosystem, its challenges and a fast paced work environment will defy your willingness to learn and adapt.
This role will be leading the mission of ensuring BOOYAH!’s processes and operations run smoothly, to implement and advocate new features and to manage all advertising assets, documentation and QA, while working closely to the entire team.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with great communication and organization skills, highly motivated and adaptable to work in an ever changing environment. He/She is someone who always wanted to understand how things work in backstage environments, but also creative to suggest new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Operational support for events and campaigns inside the platform
- Improve Operational performance and processes
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Manage assets inside the platform aligning with our Community and Creative team
- Guarantee the dissemination of functionalities through support documentation and individual follow ups with our streamers
- Propose engagement actions for to evangelize the usage of our features
- Create Blog and Announcements posts, aligned with team demands
- Business and Technical support during live streaming broadcasts
- QA for functionalities deployment
- Localization for content and processes
- Tracking metrics and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in startups, product management or platform operations
- Passionate about games, esports and streaming
- Native speaker and excellent writing skills in Portuguese is required
- Working proficiency in English is required
- Strong organization and prioritization skills;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;
- Project Management skills is a plus
- Strong knowledge about streaming platforms, from both streamer and viewer perspective, is a plus
