Boom.tv is looking for a Test Automation engineer to build and maintain QA tooling for our product platform.

Requirements

• Analyzing business requirement in order to determine the test strategy covered by automation testing
• Developing new test scripts
• Maintaining existing tests scripts/regression suites
• Providing results to product managers/developers/manual testers and stakeholders
• Developing/maintaining the automation framework
• Evaluating new tools/APIs

Qualification

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver is a must
• Experience writing unit and feature tests preferably in PHP (PHPUnit) and JS (Mocha)
• Understanding of RESTful design / best practices for API testing. Hands on experience testing APIs and test tools
• Experience with load / stress / performance testing and tools is a plus
• Experience with building automation frameworks from the ground up and/or implementing new automation capabilities in existing frameworks is a plus
