**About Engu**

Engu is a Czech educational platform designed to teach computer science in a creative and engaging way. It provides a safe space for students to explore, create, and build small game projects, while allowing teachers to design interactive lessons that are flexible and tailored to their needs.

### **Job Description**

We are interested in adding a new colleague with a somewhat specific profile to our QA team with a somewhat specific profile. If you have experience with testing both games and web-based apps, this might be the role for you!

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare and perform tests
- Provide early feedback in a constructive manner to the developers and designers
- Assist developers with debugging
- Approach testing with the end user experience in mind

### **Requirements**

- At least 2 years of QA experience
- At least 1 year of QA experience in the games industry
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary development team
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of programming and scripting

**Nice to have**

- Web-based app testing/development experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
- White-box testing experience
- Experience working with schoolkids
