The ideal candidate will have proven experience in game design, a strong aptitude for critical thinking and analysis, outstanding people skills, boundless creativity, extensive knowledge of Diablo games, and a longstanding passion for playing video games.
COVID-19 Hiring Update: This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Albany, NY or Irvine, CA. However, we understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore other possible options, including remote work arrangements.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
Extensive experience developing or playing action RPG titles
Knowledge & Skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
Key Attributes
Able to communicate effectively with programming, design, art, and production
Strong sense of what makes a fun and compelling experience for game system
Strong game design philosophies / understanding
Outstanding self-motivation and initiative
Passion for video games, especially Blizzard Entertainment titles
