The Battle.net & Online Products organization is home to 300+ superpowered engineers, product managers, and designers focused on the technology that powers Blizzard Entertainment’s games. Whether you’re playing one of our titles, chatting with friends, or just shopping online, B&OP ensures that our players are immersed in engaging, exciting, and secure experiences. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help drive the future vision and strategy of our on-theweb and in-game checkout product.
Starting from the moment a player enters a purchasing context and decides they have found a game or product they are interested in buying all the way through the checkout flow to the point where they have successfully completed a digital transaction and now have a shiny entitlement on their Battle.net account, this individual will partner with their fellow Tech and Design Leads to ensure our players have a best-in-class checkout experience.
In addition to one-time checkout, this team also owns our back-end subscription engine capability, so understanding how recurring payments work is important. While payment expertise is a big plus, this role and team does not own our payment processing gateway: that is owned by a partner team in our organization, which this team works very closely with.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

Work closely with our game teams to ensure our checkout solution that is embedded in their games is an awesome and tightly integrated experience for players to start and complete their transaction of a digital in-game item
Understand, maintain and drive forward our massive subscription engine and its recurring payment capabilities: in addition to having a functional understanding of the technology and how it works, be an expert at how this works in partnership with our game teams to enable cool player experiences
Develop schedules and partner with team leadership to own execution and delivery of projects throughout their development lifecycle
