Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a seasoned Senior Game Producer with content production experience to join their ranks on an exciting unannounced mobile project!

The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable helping a group aligning, and has experience with sound, and UI/UX. You will be expected to own this section of the team and improve the processes that exist today.

COVID-19 Hiring Update: We’ve transitioned to a work-from-home model and we’re continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore possible interim options.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a variety of UI artists, sounds designers, and UI designers to produce a high-quality experience with the technical limitations of mobile development in mind.
  • Work with other producers and coordinate across the team with our developers to ensure that our content pipeline runs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams to ensure that our schedule aligns with upstream dependencies.
  • Own the development and communication of day-to-day tasking and scheduling for our sound and UI/UX teams.
  • Proactively identify gaps and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals in a timely manner and resolve them before they become problems.
  • Stay on top of the details – keep JIRA up-to-date, maintain Confluence, onboard new team members, and keep the team calendar up-to-date.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Easy to work with for all disciplines and levels, from associate-level individual contributors up to the team’s directors
  • Able to help the team define goals clearly during highly iterative creative processes
  • You’ve had oversight on a content pipeline on a game
  • Knows when to use consensus-driven decision making and when to make a call on the spot
  • Knowledgeable in various game development processes
  • You know how to ask good questions and help people
  • Can self-prioritize / know how to optimize towards the most important goals
  • Committed to creating an inclusive workplace environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • You have experience working with external partner teams
  • JIRA and Confluence expertise
  • You’ve operated the full content pipeline for a game or a user-facing application
