The Diablo IV team is seeking a Producer for console development. In this role, you will become an integral part of the game team by partnering with our content and engineering teams to deliver Diablo IV to our players on Xbox and PlayStation. Our core objectives will be to invest in and grow strong development partnerships with our 1st Party partners, coordinate the work required across teams to deliver a high-quality Diablo IV console product to the masses, and contribute to a model of feature development that will uphold a top tier player experience and 1st Party requirement compliance.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Albany, NY or Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Production point of contact for cross functional groups including 1st Party partners, Platform Partnerships, Submissions & Mastering, and Development
Work with content and engineering producers on Diablo IV to identify and track new work for console features and compliance
Regularly collaborate with multiple teams that support the submissions and release process to drive towards successful console build releases
Partner with engineering and production leadership to bring visibility to console related policies and initiatives
Contribute to building & maintaining development schedules in close partnership with Live Ops Production
Be a conduit of console operations & policy knowledge to the wider dev team, providing support and guidance to developers working on console-impacting areas of the project
Minimum Requirements
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a production role
Shipped games on console platforms
Knowledge & Skills
Able to coordinate work across a variety of development team departments, cross-functional groups, and external partners
Strong understanding of console requirements and submissions process
Familiar with game development process and pipelines
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in the context of nuanced policy or technical details
Strong inter-personal skills

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
