  • Schedule project milestones and deliverables, and communicate as the team makes progress

  • Clarify project requirements and drive agreement between teams or individuals with conflicting priorities

  • Spot and mitigate risks to our plans and milestones, and help clear blocking issues

  • Identify development challenges and their solutions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the World of Warcraft development team

  • Inform decisions, together with team leadership, about process, commitments, and development priorities

  • Support, empower, and celebrate our team, our work, and our successes

  • Facilitate group activities from regular team meetings to ad-hoc brainstorming sessions

To succeed, you must have:

  • Experience in Production or Project Management

  • Strong self-direction

  • A calm and deliberate demeanor

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good strategies and instincts for working with a wide range of styles and personalities

  • Well-ordered approaches to defining project requirements, work, and timelines

  • Comfort working in ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills

  • The courage to admit when you don’t know something, and the confidence to ask “why?”

We’re also interested in hearing about:

  • If you have experience working with Jira and Confluence

  • Any complex projects you’ve tracked before, and what support you gave your team

  • Process improvement wins you’ve driven on other teams

  • Whether you’ve programmed or scripted before
