Your Mission

As a Director of Production Validation Testing, you will lead a world class testing team that validates the security of our games, and the platforms they rely on. The team’s activities consist of penetration tests, red and purple team exercises, attack surface mapping, and bug bounty. The team is dedicated to finding vulnerabilities before threat actors, whether they are in technology, processes, or people.

  • Own the strategic direction and evolution of the team, including setting and prioritizing goals.

  • Write and deliver high-quality documents for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Capture and report metrics that measure risk exposure program performance.

Player Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical security people leadership role.

  • 5+ years of experience in penetration testing or other offensive security roles.

  • Experience leading remote, geographically distributed teams.

  • Experience communicating with a wide range of technical & non-technical partners and senior leadership.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

  • Ability to exercise good judgement, problem solve, and make decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to identify and communicate the business impact of threats and risks to partners and team members.

Key Attributes

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively gather information and build positive relationships across diverse teams.

  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to balance multiple contending priorities.

  • Passion for promoting a team culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Flexible thinking, ability to adapt to change, and the perseverance and resilience to introduce change gradually.

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.

Extra Points:

  • Certifications such as OSCP and CREST.

  • Knowledge of secure system design practices and principles.

  • A curiosity about gaming or learning more about the gaming industry.
