Your Mission

As an Associate Sourcer your primary role will be to develop a pipeline of top talent for the Company utilizing different channels to identify potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs. Through market research, you will be responsible for name generation and competitive industry mapping to support your Recruiting partner and business stakeholders in achieving their hiring goals. As you continue to develop your skills, you’ll assist with initial introduction calls with potential passive candidates.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:

  • Cultivate a network of potential candidates and industry professionals for applicable hiring needs
  • Utilize and develop knowledge of multiple recruiting sourcing techniques to identify candidates
  • Source passive candidates through various channels (ATS/CRM, internal candidates, referrals, networking, internet/Boolean searches, etc)
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) established within Talent Acquisition
  • Attend, support and/or organize recruiting events both on and off site if applicable

Player Profile

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Hands-on experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) and/or familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A keen eye for detail coupled with strong organizational skills to handle/prioritize multiple open positions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proven team player driven to work in a highly collaborative environment
