Blizzard Entertainment’s Story & Franchise Development team looking for an Associate Producer – Temp to support the day-to-day management of our hard-working creative development department. Covid-19 Hiring Update: We’ve transitioned to a work-from-home model and we’re continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore possible interim options.
Responsibilities
Provide overall support as needed for the Department Producer on all projects in development.
Attend all creative development meetings and/or editorial reviews and take concise and comprehensive notes and distribute them to internal/external team members.
Schedule meetings for C-Dev leadership and creatives to discuss projects.
Coordinate and handle documentation and maintain reference folders for all projects.
Handle administrative tasks, including timecard submissions, Shotgun project updates, and network folder maintenance.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Persistent self-motivation and initiative; hardworking “can-do” demeanor is vital
Ability to build, track and maintain complex schedules
Experience using Outlook and MS Office Suite
Pluses
Previous experience in animation production for TV or feature film
Knowledge of Blizzard games, franchises, and expanded universes
Familiarity with Shotgun and Final Draft
