The Community Support Coordinator supports the publishing team with live service game needs. Help be the voice of the community and lead the growth.

  • Help with coordination, polish, and publication of patch notes of our game on a regular basis.
  • Support with the creation and updating of moderation documentation guidelines.
  • Help with on-boarding and training additional moderators and customer-facing reps.
  • Lead with the compiling and creation of regular community analysis reports.
  • Own and manage the publication of announcements and updates for the game.
  • Triage with customer support, live ops, and community team on issues that arise for the game.
  • Develop and execute community initiatives including contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways.
  • Be the voice of the game, engage with players regularly, communicate critical messaging and announcements directly to the players.
  • Foster a positive, constructive, and communicative community of players that feel heard, welcomed and appreciated.
  • Moderate, communicate, and enforce guidelines and policies within the community.
  • Assist in testing new methods and tools aimed at expediting our player support processes.
  • Assist the team for additional publishing and community needs for both the studio and game.
  • Assist Marketing & Social with capturing, editing, creating and publishing content on our owned social channels.
  • Assist team in management content creators and ambassadors.
  • Assist, moderate, and manage owned communication channels (Discord and Forums) for the studio.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience managing a community in video games or related industry
  • In-depth experience using Discord, Reddit, and all major social media platforms.
  • Experience with social publishing software and social listening tools like TweetDeck, Sprout, Sprinklr, AgoraPulse.
  • Basic understanding of analytics, strategic development, project management, consumer research, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with business-related software, including Microsoft Office, Confluence/ Jira, Google App suite, and production tools
  • Experience with photography, graphic design, photoshop and videography is a plus

  • Avid interest in video games and community.
  • Deep understanding of gaming social platforms and live-streaming.
  • Experience with marketing and social media in a professional capacity.
