And we **Make It Happen** by bringing energy, precision, and a problem-solving mindset to everything we do — across games like Counter-Strike, DOTA 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and Fortnite.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and share our passion for pushing boundaries, we’d love to hear from you.

**The role**

BLAST is seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Producer to lead product creation across our one of our core ecosystems. This role will serve as the key contact for the publisher on all content-related matters and act as the main facilitator at BLAST for ideation, organization, and execution of world-class content. The Executive Producer defines the on-screen, consumer-facing product of our ecosystems, balancing creative ambition with commercial and operational constraints.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative storyteller with experience of producing in esports, sports, or entertainment. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with on-the-ground production, and will bring a strong vision for how esports products can engage fans and elevate competitive experiences.

**Responsibilities**

- Act as the primary point of contact for the publisher on all product-related matters, fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment throughout the product pipeline.
- Serve as the central facilitator for product ideation at BLAST, driving creative sessions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to generate engaging concepts.
- Collaborate with broadcast, creative, and marketing teams to ensure the product enhances fan engagement, storytelling, and competitive narratives.
- Strategic & Future Development: Define the future direction of the ecosystem in line with its strategic goals, identifying opportunities to evolve the product, strengthen its creative identity, maximise its long-term potential and where possible to grow it.
- Culture & Core Team Management: Lead and develop the ecosystem’s core team, fostering a collaborative, constructive and enjoyable culture.
- Product Development & Budgeting: Own the creative vision, style, tone, quality and look-and-feel of the ecosystem, ensuring it delivers the BLAST standard. Work with the Programme Director to understand constraints and deploy on-screen budgets to maximise creative and commercial impact.
- Oversee budget planning and financial tracking for content production, ensuring efficient resource allocation, accurate forecasting, and cost-effective delivery.
- Client Management: Understand and respond to the objectives and requirements of game publishers and commercial partners, acting as a senior creative advocate for the ecosystem.
- Event & Production Leadership: Own key on-screen event decisions, including stage design, artistic direction and show elements, while being accountable for venue and wider operational planning. Maintain quality control across all consumer-facing output.
- Monitor performance of product across platforms, analyzing audience insights and feedback to inform future creative and strategic decisions.

Requirements- **Experience**: 4-6+ years in production within esports, sports, entertainment, or broadcast, with proven success managing end-to-end production cycles.
- **Creative Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to ideate, pitch, and execute compelling content that drives fan engagement and elevates brand storytelling.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and planning skills, with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across diverse teams and geographies.
- **Budget Oversight**: Proven experience in managing production budgets, with the ability to optimize spend, forecast accurately, and ensure accountability.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between creative teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, fan communities, and trends across esports ecosystems
- **Collaboration**: Experience working cross-functionally with creative, broadcast, marketing, and external partners to deliver unified outputs.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing long-term strategy with short-term delivery needs.
