Who is an Associate Producer at BioWare?
Responsibilities
- You will use your industry knowledge to help build and share a vision for the gameplay team, driving towards continued financial and critical success for our game.
- You will lead a diverse team in the development of new gameplay features, prioritize work, optimize decision making to keep the team unblocked, and clearly communicate progress and challenges both inside and outside of your team.
- You will maintain creative relationships with internal and external developers, and hold the team accountable for the delivery of high-quality work.
- You will aid in producing media assets such as videos, images, and feature information.
- You will report to a Lead Producer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading medium-sized teams to success in the video game industry.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about games, ideally with experience in ARPG games.
- Creative problem-solving.
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Good organizational skills.
