Beyond the Summit is an esports production company that creates untraditional esports tournaments and content. We invite teams, players, and talent to partake in a more relaxed tournament atmosphere and wish for them to feel at home while participating.

The primary role of the hospitality and logistics assistant is to help provide a positive, memorable, and safe experience for all event attendees. The role maintains a clean and comfortable event space and ensures the timely transport of guests from airport, hotel, and venue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a 15 passenger van from airport, hotel, and venue
• Follow provided pre-event, media, and event day schedules
• Set up, maintain, and tear down studio and event space
• Ensure catering arrives on time and is attended to during meal times
• Demonstrate courtesy and cooperation to all event participants and staff
• Check and restock all supplies and snacks available to attendees
• General event assistance

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Constantly required to drive, stand, or walkIncluding up and down stairs
• Constantly required to lift or carry 10 pounds or less
• Often required to lift or carry 20-30 pounds

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a valid U.S Driver’s license for at least two years and have a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving 15-passenger shuttle van
• Positive, friendly, and helpful personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Prior hospitality, event, or customer service experience is preferred
