As Producer, you will...
- Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship
- Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines
- Identify and remove roadblocks
- Create and update schedules and tasks
- Keep the team motivated and focused on goals, milestones and quality
- Provide informed decisions with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation
- Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables
- Keep the team mobilized and focused on goals, milestones and quality
Qualifications
What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of game production experience
- You possess a solid understanding of the game development process for AAA games
- You've shipped at least 1 game
- You have strong project and people management skills
- You are experienced in a multiple-studios collaboration environment
- You have strong team building abilities
- You are experienced in tracking complex projects
- You have a passion for Bethesda Game Studios titles
Preferred Skills

- You are proficient with C++ and object-oriented programming
