We are looking to hire an European Paid Media Manager to help support the European Head of Paid Media, our brand teams, as well as our local marketing teams across the full media channel mix. The role will be to drive excellence and synergy, working closely with all stakeholders and will assist in process, strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Paid Media on media planning:
- Work with our media agency to plan/schedule key delivery dates
- Work with, and chase markets to support the process, chase media agency on day-to-day deliverables
- Work on ZeniMax Europe's publisher activations
- Co-ordinate the post campaign analysis and summarise all key learnings
- Prepare & summarise all ZeniMax Europe's presentations for US Headquarters
- Work with the agency to successfully implement website tracking
- Work with Brand team on key dates re. GMP (Global Marketing Plan) & LMP (Local Marketing Plan); ensure the agency is aware and manage their input/output
- Develop relationships with all key channels from biddable platforms through to endemic gaming partners
- Lead the delivery of excellent processes and documentation for all areas of the business
- Collaborate with the EU Channel Marketing and Digital Account Manager on Dash (console dashboard) spend:
- Own & manage the process from a media perspective, determining timelines, communicating to markets, working with 1st Parties to ensure we get the best ROAS, gather all post campaign analysis and summarise
- Report back to Central team on markets performance
- Constantly review allocation by market, by product, by platform and make recommendations for adjustments
- Responsible for co-ordinating ZeniMax Europe's CRM campaigns
- Work across all markets, key liaison with the US CRM team, managing process, making sure designs/localisations done appropriately, maintaining the calendar, reporting on results
- Responsible for co-ordinating ZeniMax Europe's Landing Page campaigns & testing
- Be the key liaison working across all markets
- Key liaison with ZeniMax Europe's Brand team & the US BNET team, managing process, making sure designs/localisations done appropriately, track & manage CRO, set hypotheses, maintaining the calendar, report on results & key learnings
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our mobile agency
Qualifications
- At least 6 years media agency experience delivering successful paid media
- Strong understanding of the European media market with entertainment focus being a bonus
- Have excellent technical knowledge of online media tools: DCM, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
- A good understanding of wider marketing principles is a bonus: understanding user journeys and how to influence them through paid media campaigns, implementing effective marketing messaging at all stages of the funnel
- Experience with CRM and Landing Page AB testing
- Self-motivated and confident individual who can communicate at all levels and has excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
- Skilled with Excel
- Power BI experience and/or Tableau experience is a bonus
- Strong relationship building skills
- Planning/scheduling experience
- Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting sensitive deadlines
- Must be a team player and be willing to work independently with minimal supervision
