Bethesda is looking for a talented PR Manager to lead on game titles and franchises within the European PR, as well as manage a broader remit across creative campaign planning and support in preparation for a busy upcoming release schedule. The successful applicant will become part of a small but highly experienced team and be involved in all facets of a games PR, from high level agency briefing through to budget management and team support across our growing network of regional team members.
Responsibilities
Support the European PR team and lead on range of titles. Games as a service experience would be welcome, but not essential
Demonstrate a good level of knowledge and experience across the staples of PR: coverage reporting, monitoring press sentiment, compiling weekly updates, coordinating asset calendars, media blast copy writing, asset management, and gathering and compiling group feedback to Global campaign plans
Help with work in progress game evaluations and be ready to demonstrate games to a variety of people including press, retail buyers and consumers
Help plan and disseminate game campaign information across the territorial offices
Be ready to help the Events team plan press and community events, both physical and digital, be these local or global
Support the ZEL Community teams in conveying core messaging around titles
Develop close relationships with the European marketing and brand teams
Work with sales and distribution teams to make sure an awareness of the sentiment towards our games is shared far and wide
Bring useful agency and media relationships to the group to help grow and support a robust network of useful contacts
Ad-hoc responsibilities, including such duties as running meetings, minute taking and managing the global PR calendar for whatever game titles that fall under the successful candidate’s remit
Such other duties as may be set forth by the Communications Manager and company
