This role requires a committed and resourceful individual who is excellent at building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally, to assist the internal brand team and creative services and work closely with external agencies where applicable, to ensure timely delivery on all produced assets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Creative Services and Marketing team in the production of online/mobile marketing and packaging assets
  • Build and amend packaging artwork, manuals, advertising, point of sale and packshots
  • Edit video trailers
  • Build and amend html internet mailers / emails
  • Schedule and achieve planned dates for all Creative Services deliverables and ensure communication to territory, as well as relevant members of the Marketing and Operation teams
  • Liaise with all internal teams such as localisation, territories, HQ, Brand, operations to ensure assets are delivered on time
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to project manage video and web assets for marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of digital media production processes
  • Ensure all work produced adheres to specified corporate guidelines and specifications

Preferred Skills

  • Graphic Design packaging/localisation/web design experience in a global organisation. (Ideally at least 1 year experience in the games industry, or related entertainment industry)
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Google Web Designer and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience in coding / programming languages e.g. html
  • Planning/Scheduling experience
  • Excellent time management, organisational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting sensitive deadlines
  • Must be a team player and be willing to work independently with minimal supervision
