We are hiring an Order Desk Associate to provide analytical and end-to-end transactional support for the order management element within BenQ.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support entire life cycle of a BenQ Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This support is both transactional and analytical in nature.
- Process customer purchase orders within ERP system
- Identifying and correcting transactional order issues
- Provide order status, tracking and back order reports to customers
- Maintains customer relationship by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
- Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
- Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain related field
Compensation:
Based on experience; we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
