In support of the successful growth of the BenQ Corporate business we are looking for a Key Partner Manager to deliver end user sales for our Interactive Flat Panels, Digital Signage, and Google Jamboard. This role will play an important part in promoting and increasing BenQ brand awareness mainly in the corporate and enterprise arenas. The Key Partner Manager is responsible for developing the market by increasing sales revenue and profitability through new partners and end-user customers, while strengthening existing customer accounts.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • The role is 50% focused on management of key partner development, and 50 % focused on corporate/enterprise end customer development
  • Generate end-user opportunities with corporate/enterprise, small/medium businesses and others who have interest in BenQ interactive large-screen display, digital signage solutions, and Google Jamboard.
  • Develop and manage resellers, and system integrators to build up sales pipeline
  • Work within established accounts to build business relationships and increase sales by managing expectations and delivering on promises
  • Work alongside the Business Unit Director, and the Director of Sales to achieve the total sales number
  • Closely partner with BenQ Field Application Engineers and Product Managers
  • Product demonstrations and follow up
  • Maintain detailed account records and activities in Salesforce
  • Participate in company meetings as required
  • Contribute to the overall team success by completing additional tasks, as needed
  • Manage travel costs and expenses effectively

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proven experience selling to and supporting reseller and end-user markets
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience selling interactive flat panel, digital signage, or commercial large screen displays into corporate/enterprise environments
  • Experiences selling Google Chrome Devices or Google G Suite software a plus
  • Sales experience either at a Reseller, Distributor or Vendor
  • Ability to convert customer leads into sales revenue
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated, results orientated individual who can develop and execute plans to achieve stated goals
  • Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal, effective oral and written communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must
  • Salesforce or other CRM customer management experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-developed, and out-of-the box thinker
  • Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems; flexible and adaptable

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

  • Based on experience; we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
