As a Quality Assurance Team Lead for external productions, you will help us make sure the games we publish are of the highest quality. In this role, you will liaise with our partners to ensure our high-quality standards are met and support them throughout the process. You will also organize (and participate in) our own test efforts with our internal QA teams and other outsourced QA partners.

In this role you will :

• Lead and manage our Quality Control efforts for external productions;

• Evaluate the overall test effort for each production;

• Communicate frequently with external productions to establish reporting pipeline, promote our QA standards, and ensure the overall quality of the games;

• Schedule and manage test activities from our outsourced QA partners;

• Actively work with leads and other key people from multiple projects: producers, directors, designers, and artists;

• Perform other related duties as required.

What we're looking for :

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance on PC and/or console;

• 2+ years of experience as a team lead, managing an external QA partner and/or an external client;

• Strong communication skills;

• High proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and other test management tools;

• Attention to details;

• Proactive individual and a team player;

• Good understanding of spoken and written French and English.
