In this role, you will:

  • Assess training needs, develop, and deliver innovative training programs aligned with business objectives, and with the company’s and employees needs;
  • Collaborate with directors from different disciplines and with production managers to identify training needs according to job analysis and career development plans;
  • Implement strategies and tools to ensure skills development through various media;
  • Lead development initiatives for managers, including informal learning such as co-development groups;
  • Coordinate the training of new employees through an integration plan adapted to the different job communities;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of training trends, new approaches, and best practices, and create training content adapted to new workplace realities;
  • Assess potential new training providers and negotiate contracts;
  • Coordinate the assessment of training programs and projects and ensure their continued improvement;
  • Ensure budget planning for training activities and track expenses;
  • Initiate the creation of an e-learning portal accessible through internal channels and manage its content.

What we're looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Communication Studies, Organizational Development or in another relevant field;
  • Minimum 5 -10 years of relevant experience;
  • Focused on client satisfaction and results;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English to create, synthesize, and adapt work documents and tools;
  • Ability to administrate and coordinate activities and time frames with different stakeholders;
  • Ability to plan work and to carry out multiple tasks effectively;
  • Work experience with learning management systems;
  • Highly proficient with computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, collaboration platforms etc.);
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written in French and English) is required.
