Beasley XP, the esports and gaming division of Beasley Media Group, is looking for a visionary leader, with exceptional organizational skills to build and grow the division. Previous experience in broadcast radio and as a marketing/promotions director or event planner is a plus, but not required.

Must be very knowledgeable of the esports and gaming world; strong contacts and networking are a plus. Must be able to plan, set up, execute and recap esports tournaments and events. Must have the ability to develop and grow partnerships at all levels externally as well as internally within Beasley Media Group.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of CheckpointXP. You will work with corporate and other Beasley divisions including programming on the content/coaching of the CheckpointXP daily show on Twitch and the internationally syndicated weekly radio show.

This full-time position will be based at Beasley Media Group, Detroit, MI
