About the Role
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this professional will be based in the US and will work in executing & growing the existing content strategy for the English social media accounts vertical, across BAYZ portal, social media and communication channels. You will be responsible for creating written content, building our B2B and B2C English-speaking audiences, and working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase engagement. You will also monitor social media metrics, measure the success of your campaigns, and look for ways to elevate our social media efforts to positively reflect BAYZ. Passionate about performance, you will make sure that you deliver content that is not only engaging but that ultimately converts and/or retains users on BAYZ channels.
Coordinate and execute an editorial calendar for English social media channels in partnership with Brazil-based team
Develop BAYZ tone of voice in B2B relationships and partnerships announcements for institutional content
Be able to lead projects with a multidisciplinary team of content creators, designers and video editors
Keep abreast with web3 gaming and web3 industries, and pitch compelling content to internal Brazil-based marketing and content teams
Collaborate across disciplines (social media, marketing, community, content) to establish a unified voice and a seamless user experience
Monitor social media English channels, campaigns, engagement, and analytics as well as conduct competitor analysis, producing & presenting reports;
Organize information in order to clearly create social media posts, videos and communications materials mainly focused on social media channels
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in planning, creating, and managing content on digital platforms, specially LinkedIn and Medium;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Creative writing, ability to manipulate different media assets (images, videos) and being able to work independently;
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high quality results under the pressure of deadlines, with routinely quick turnaround times;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and high work standards;
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity across audiences and channels
Experience in social media channels such as Discord, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube,Tiktok, Twitch.
Knowledge in Web3 content (Crypto/NFT/Games);
Love being tuned in to the markets and the conversations surrounding them - you know what’s happening before the headlines appear.
Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Monday, or similar;
Ability to interact, learn and work within online communities that are focused on specific topics or industries - e.g. you had to work with communities on Reddit, Twitch or Twitter before and had to interact and communicate with audiences there
Knowledge of social media management tools such as Emplifi is desirable.
