Our team is looking for a Sales Support Specialist (d/m/f) to assist our Senior Key Account Manager and help to enlarge our Sales department. Are you a communicative person with a passion for sales? Your Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date about the Sales industry, market developments, Esports and betting
  • Build, optimize and update our CRM tool
  • Know and understand our products and know how to sell them
  • Communicate with customers from initial contact to contract signing
  • Keep in touch with Sales representatives from all over the world
  • Create reports for supervisor, management and Sales representatives
  • Research on selected topics regarding Sales to support your team

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree, completed business degree or similar qualification
  • 4+ years of Sales experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
  • Experienced with GSuite, Excel and CRM tools
  • Proactive, flexible and communicative character
  • Self-determined as well as team-oriented
  • Flexible handling of tasks and projects within and outside the Sales department

Plus:

  • Experience in Start-up environment desirable
  • Experience and interest in Esports desirable
  • Experience and interest in sport betting desirable
