Battlefy is looking for a driven Product Manager who is able to perform research on new opportunities, strategize, define, and build world-class esports experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize customer needs in new and exciting markets. Translate customer and partner requirements, internal objectives and roadmaps, technical feasibility, costs, timing, etc. and product requirements for the team
  • Use findings and insights to define strategy and direction for your team, both in the short and long term
  • Describe the users’ end-to-end interactions with the product and the steps required to achieve a specific goal through user flows, user journeys, flow diagrams, and story maps
  • Collaborate with an agile engineering team to drive implementations
  • Collaborate with design team to deliver simple and elegant solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support on market positioning and product launch activities, such as education and distribution
  • Collect and measure key product metrics to inform success/failure of each release and navigate iterations accordingly
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of complementary and competing products
  • Explore, evaluate, and present new opportunities and partnerships to leadership
