Basic Requirements

  • Chinese Female preferred, aged 18 - 25 years old
  • Educational Qualifications: SPM or Higher Education
  • Reside in KL / Petaling Jaya Area
  • Good verbal skills in English & Mandarin (Malay optional)
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and data entry / updates
  • Studied or have experience in the Customer Service or Hospitality line
  • Ability to handle administrative paperwork
  • Friendly and amiable, love socializing and networking
  • Interested to learn the ropes of esports
  • Proactive and a self-starter

Job Scope

  • Membership management: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date membership database, processing membership applications and renewals
  • General administrative work e.g. Documents filing
  • Attending to walk-in customers
  • Reception Tasks e.g. attending to enquiries via phone, emails and other social media platforms, simple cashier job
  • Assist in events and management
  • Simple social media and community management
  • Working as a team player to optimise efficiency and productivity
