The Latin America Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing the complete marketing ecosystem across Latin America to support overall brand marketing goals. Day to day work will focus on oversight of social media, community, web content, and email marketing as well as campaign management and paid media for key game launches.

This role is the main liaison for local partners and must exercise strong project management and prioritization skills to support a high volume of games and asset localization. Candidates should have experience managing one or more agencies at a time across different marketing specializations. The Marketing Manager is the main liaison between brand leads and the Latin America region and will be responsible for continually educating brand teams on opportunities and insights from the region with the overall goal of building fan engagement with strategic BANDAI NAMCO brands and initiatives in Latin America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the existing communities around our games and explore new methods of growing brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among the regional audiences

  • Plan and execute holistic marketing plans with agencies focusing on consumer marketing strategies including paid media, social media, influencer marketing, events, and email marketing

  • Lead the regional social media strategy in a way that maximizes existing social content from global teams, develops custom regional content, and expands our reach

  • Manage and direct external agencies to successfully build & execute corresponding strategies and navigate all phases of product marketing including, project timelines related to creative development, advertising plans, community calendars, web content schedules, email blasts, and consumer activations in the Latin America region

  • Work with internal cross-functional departments including Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Communications, Web/CRM, Digital Marketing/Sales, Online Publishing & regional sales teams to maximize profitability and ensure unified regional brand and product campaigns

  • Create and manage central and title-specific budget, while also tracking and reporting marketing expenses against defined budget

  • Negotiate pricing of creative and other services with vendors and agencies and ensure budget conformity

  • Provide a day-to-day understanding of the local market conditions and seek new branding and promotional opportunities for Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. products and the company itself

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years experience in consumer digital or social marketing

  • Experience and understanding of consumer marketing, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing strategies, and analytics is key

  • Experience working in entertainment/video game industries

  • Deep understanding of the gaming & esports local scene

  • Direct relevant experience working in/with Latin America

  • Fluency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus

  • Successful management of multiple complex projects and proven track record of holistic project management

  • Strong team player who works with internal and external partners effectively

  • Ability to innovate marketing campaigns and apply broader perspective to responsibilities

  • Comfortable with speaking in public or in front of camera

  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in international travel and work

  • Being a gamer and/or fan of our products is a plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other business-related discipline

  • OR related professional experience

Salary Range

$98,666 - $164, 405
