The Associate Digital Operations Manager works within the Digital team at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. Primary responsibilities involve setting up game pages on 1st-party storefronts and websites, Code to Content submissions, media assets and metadata creation. This individual will communicate amongst team members, overseas and 1st-party partners, and assist the Digital Operations Manager. The Associate Digital Operations Manager position will report to the Sr. Digital Operations Manager.
Flexible, Remote and Work From Home options are available for this position until approximately April 2022. Afterwards we expect all employees to join us at our new offices in Irvine, California where a hybrid work schedule will be observed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day communications with internal groups and partners of overseas BANDAI NAMCO Group companies
- Maintain constant communication with 1st-parties to understand and maintain marketing and storefront pages
- Assist in the management and development of the Content Roadmap Sheets for all titles
- Workback schedule creation and maintenance
- Assist in the management and acquisition of digital tokens
- Manage assets and metadata procurement and creation
- Assist the Digital Operations Manager in 1st-party communications for Code to Content programs
- Assist in the management of 1st-party back-end set ups.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years’ minimum video game industry experience in a sales or marketing support role
- Computer proficiency, i.e. Outlook, Office, etc. required
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment and cross-departmentally
- Self-motivated, confident and energetic
- Passion and knowledge of video games a must
