To bolster the team of our brand Backforce we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will assist in our day-to-day postings and growing our audience on our social platforms. Our candidate will work closely with our marketing team in having a consistent social media output and customer communication on those platforms. Preferred start date is January 2022.

• Coordination of daily social media output in cooperation with our marketing team
• Creating engaging and entertaining posts that are in line with our company culture
• Planning and posting promotional material, following up on deliverables for our various partners and business partnerships
• Watching any Backforce related posts on all platforms
• Communicating with all fans on all platforms and coordinate with our support team

What you offer:

• Experience in working in the social media/digital marketing field
• Good knowledge of casual and professional gaming, especially Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Valorant and FIFA
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
• Reading and writing fluency in English and German
• Being at home in internet and gaming culture, ability to keep track of the latest trends, memes and entertaining content
• Basic level knowledge of image editing software (Adobe Photoshop)
• Living or relocating to Berlin is a plus
• Paid media and extensive digital marketing knowledge is a plus
• An understanding of social media analytics is a plus
